The firm again, challenged its staff when Hurricane Katrina struck. Employees donated significant sums toward the relief effort which were matched by the firm. The donations were sent to the American Red Cross. In addition, the partners set a dollar amount goal, which if met by the employees, would invite them to "jeans casual" for the entire month of September. This goal was also met.

The firm also donates to many local charitable organizations throughout the year which assist the local community. The firm encourages everyone who has the ability, whether time, talent or financial, to help others who are less fortunate.
Whether it be the law, technology, or practice management, FAL&R exceeds its clients' expectations and provides a consistent level of excellence.
